Dunes Harbour Beach developer, Urbex, is a wholly owned company within the long-standing national property and construction company, the BMD Group. Since its inception in 2003, Urbex has been creating innovative living environments that set new benchmarks in urban design and community creation.
THE CHALLENGE
Urbex enlisted MadeKnown to overhaul the Dunes Harbour Beach website. The existing site suffered from poor information hierarchy, unclear messaging, and minimal calls to action, with a design driven by a theme-based visual builder. As the content management system was cumbersome, the client’s ability to perform content updates and create new pages was also hindered.
THE SOLUTION
Considerable efforts were dedicated to improving the information architecture to promote content accessibility and user experience. Through a customised content management system, our solution enabled the client to construct new landing pages effortlessly, utilising custom blocks designed to accommodate various content types. The website also integrates with the client’s real estate CRM to automatically import and publish property listings to the website.
