A love of dogs and frustration with existing dog collars on the market led the founder of KoolCams on a 14-year journey to create the world’s first double cam lock dog collar.
CRAFTED DESIGN
Establishing the parent brand, Koolcams, and introducing its inaugural product brand, Kooloop, involved more than just enhancing functionality—it aimed to create enduring value, with collars designed to withstand a dog’s lifetime. We crafted a timeless and classic mark that pays homage to the worldwide-patented double cam lock, a nod to Michael’s ingenious invention. As the hero feature, the logo elegantly reflects the product’s durability and innovation. The initial focus on packaging and promotional materials was strategically designed to catalyse Kooloop collar sales, setting the stage for future innovations from Michael.
